Law enforcement and government authorities seeking information relating to Stake.eu should submit their request by email to compliance@stake.eu. Requests should be sent from an official agency email address and include, where applicable: All requests are subject to verification and will be reviewed in accordance with Stake.eu’s internal procedures and applicable law. Submission of a request does not guarantee that information will be disclosed. Stake.eu may request additional information or documentation where necessary to verify the authenticity, scope or legal basis of a request. - the requesting agency and the requesting officer’s name, title and contact details;
- the relevant case or reference number;
- sufficient account or user information to identify the relevant account;
- a description of the information requested; and
- any applicable legal authority, order, warrant, subpoena or other supporting documentation.
